The internet and how it works

 Internet  Internet refers to worldwide network of computers (Rao, 2018) . Each device connected to the internet is identified by TCP/IP protocols  and every device on the internet has its own IP address. Computers on the internet can be given domain name. Assign Metadata to digital objects

What metadata is? Gartener (2021)  describes metadata as data about data. It is constructed for a specific purpose that it serves and cannot be universal. Metadata helps in define or describe an object. Three categories of metadata namely descriptive, administrative and structural metadata.
